General Licensing Requirements
Here is a list of some of the minimum requirements for becoming a foster or adoptive parent. These requirements are set forth by the state and can not be changed by a licensing agency. However, some agencies may have requirements that go above and beyond these minimum requirements. It is important to find an agency that is a good fit for you and your family. We encourage you to attend a Kids Consortium Orientation to learn more about these requirements. Click here for a schedule of upcoming orientations.
